Wash and Care Instructions

Machine wash instructions for Quilts and Bedsheets

Washing our quilts and sheets are so easy!

Set your washing machine to a gentle cycle and use cold water, preferably 30 °C or 86 °F, or less. It's also recommended to wash with a gentle detergent that won't harm them. We've washed and tested our quilts and sheets using washing machines so many times. We use high quality fabrics, and our quilts are tightly stitched, so they won't get damaged that easily. We use high quality, toxic-free dyes as well, so they don't bleed either.

Drying instructions for Quilts and Bedsheets

Hang the quilt or bedsheet out to dry if you have a large drying rack or you can use a dryer as well. Just be careful with the timings to make sure the hot air from the dryer doesn't damage them.

Care instructions for Quilts

Wash them at least twice a year. We recommend air drying them in the sunlight, in between washes, as it helps remove the moisture, kills germs, and keeps them fresh and hygienic.

Air dry them for a few hours to make sure there is no moisture then fold it or roll it gently before storing it in the cotton/quilt bag in a dry place. Take it out of the bag a couple of times a year to change how it's folded to avoid deep creases in the filling. The better you care for your quilt, the longer it'll last. Enjoy your handcrafted quilt.

Wash instructions for cushion covers

  • Please don't wash the embroidered cushion covers. Washing machine will damage the embroidery, as will handwashing. We advise only spot cleaning for our embroidered cushion covers.
  • Our hand block printed cushion covers can be machine washed and dried.
